We’ve all had tummy aches but for some it’s an everyday occurrence. Before you reach for that antacid, pain killer or cup of coffee try a few simple things to ease discomfort and get things moving.

  • DE-STRESS – Many digestion problems like Irritable Bowel or Crohn’s are directly related to perpetually high stress levels that keep our nervous system in a constant state of upheaval.
  • PEPPERMINT and/or GINGER TEA will enhance digestion, ease nausea and help elimination!
  • ACIDOPHILUS/BIFIDUM supplements will replenish gut bacteria and ease digestion. Take daily with meals.

Try the following breathing exercise, yoga or meditation

  • DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING – Slowly breathe into your abdomen, then ribs, then chest. Hold for a second then exhale in the same order. Repeat 3 times.
